DELIVERY
Our standard delivery charge is £ 4.95 per order to UK mainland addresses. Offshore UK destinations may incur a surcharge which is dependent on weight and calculated on checkout.
DELIVERY TIMES
All ordered will be processed immediately and will usually be despatched on day of order. Late afternoon ordered will be packed and distributed from our warehouse on the following day. Items should be delivered within 3 to 5 days. A signature will be collected on delivery, so it may be more convenient if we deliver to your place of work or to a friend.
PRICES AND TAXES
Prices include VAT at the current rate of 17.5% where applicable. This is charged on all orders within the EU.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Product lines sold on scienceshop.com are all put through a selection process and any goods that we consider to be of poor quality are rejected before going online. However, if for any reason you wish to return your item please do so within 28 days of receipt and in an unused and saleable condition. We will then issue a refund. Refunds are usually processed within 7 days of receipt of goods.
If you have received goods that are faulty or damaged in transit, please notify us immediately and we will replace the goods at our cost.
YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS
Our guarantees are provided in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer.
CANCELLING AN ORDER
If you wish to cancel an order please telephone store Manager at Heritage Management on 01883 718441 or email us at sales@scienceshop.com. If the goods have already been despatched from our warehouse please send them back to us in saleable condition by recorded delivery and we will issue a refund.
